- To co-operate with the government and various other organisation for educational promotion

- To provide scholarships to poor and needy students.
- To honor prize, medals and other awards to brilliant students.
- To provide interest free loans for higher studies to poor & needy students.
- To establish text-book liabary and book –bank for higher studies costly text books.
- To institute awards to honor persons, dignitaries etc. who have done exceptional services in promoting education
- To make available the benefits of its activities to the public irrespective of caste, creed and gender.
And generally to do such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive or may be necessary for educational promotion directly and/or indirectly.
